What kind of products do you sell?
We sell practical travel accessories – packing cubes, compression bags, neck pillows, eye masks, toiletry bags, travel bottles, luggage locks, tags, straps, scales and foldable bags. Browse everything on our Shop page.
Are your products branded?
No. All of our accessories are generic, non-branded products, which keeps our prices fair. Product photos show the item you will receive.
Can I take the silicone travel bottles in my hand luggage?
Each bottle holds less than 100 ml, which fits typical cabin-bag liquid rules. Rules can differ between airports and airlines, so always check before you fly.
Do the combination locks fit all suitcases?
The locks have a flexible cable shackle that fits most suitcase and backpack zip pullers. The luggage strap adjusts to fit most standard suitcases.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days. Estimated delivery is 7-15 working days to the UK, 10-20 to Europe and 12-25 to the rest of the world. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout from your basket and address. You will see the exact price before you pay.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched we email you a confirmation and, where available, a tracking number. You can follow your parcel on our Track Order page.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your goods to cancel your order. Email us first so we can send the correct return address. For hygiene reasons, opened silicone travel bottles and sleep eye masks cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
What if my item is faulty or arrives damaged?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a refund, replacement or repair as set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import VAT?
Orders delivered outside the UK may be charged import VAT, duties or handling fees by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices.
