Which iPhones do your cases and screen protectors fit?
Our cases and screen protectors are made for the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max. Choose your model from the Model drop-down on the product page before adding the item to your basket.
Are your products original Apple accessories?
No. All of our accessories are generic, non-branded products. They are not made, sponsored or endorsed by Apple Inc. The name iPhone is used only to show which phone a product is designed to fit.
Do your cases work with magnetic wireless chargers and mounts?
Cases described as magnetic have a built-in magnet ring designed for magnetic wireless chargers, card wallets and mounts. Check the product description to see whether a case is magnetic.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 working days. Estimated delivery is 7-15 working days to the UK, 10-20 to Europe and 12-25 to the rest of the world. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout from your basket and address. You will see the exact price before you pay.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched we email you a confirmation and, where available, a tracking number. You can follow your parcel on our Track Order page.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 14 days from receiving your goods to cancel your order. Email us first so we can send the correct return address. Unopened earbuds can be returned, but opened earbuds cannot for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.
What if my item is faulty or arrives damaged?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a refund, replacement or repair as set out in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import VAT?
Orders delivered outside the UK may be charged import VAT, duties or handling fees by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices.
