We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains your rights to cancel, return and get a refund. It does not affect your statutory rights.
Your 14-day right to cancel
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days after the day you receive your goods (or the last item if your order arrives in more than one delivery). You do not need to give a reason.
- Tell us. Email info@zgujjar313.uk with your name, order number and the items you want to return.
- Wait for our reply. We will send you the correct return address and instructions. Please do not send anything to our registered office in Glasgow.
- Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
Condition of returned goods
Items should be unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while they are with you. We may reduce your refund if the goods have lost value because they were handled more than was needed to check what they are and how they work.
Earbuds and hygiene items: for health-protection and hygiene reasons, earbuds cannot be returned once the sealed packaging has been opened, unless they are faulty.
Return postage
If you change your mind, you pay the cost of sending the goods back. If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will pay the return postage. Please keep proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.
Refunds
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of receiving proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier). The refund includes the standard delivery charge you paid, and is made to the payment method you used for the order. We may need to keep back the extra cost of any faster delivery option you chose over our standard one.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something is wrong:
- Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the problem.
- You may reject the goods within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that is not possible, a price reduction or refund.
- We will pay the return postage where a return is needed.
Ordered the wrong model?
Each product page shows which iPhone models it fits, and you choose your model before adding to the basket. If you ordered the wrong model, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will help you return or exchange it under the terms above.
Cancelling before dispatch
If your order has not been dispatched yet, email us as soon as possible and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
