2. Placing an order
Our website invites you to make an offer to buy. A contract between you and us is formed when we send you an order confirmation email and accept your order. We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price was shown incorrectly or we suspect fraud. If we decline, we will refund any payment taken.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Delivery costs, and any taxes we are required to charge, are shown at checkout before you pay. We aim to keep prices accurate, but if an obvious pricing error occurs we may cancel the order and refund you.
4. Product information and compatibility
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours and finishes may look slightly different on different screens. You are responsible for choosing the correct phone model when you order. Our products are generic, non-branded accessories and are not made, sponsored or approved by Apple Inc. “iPhone” is a trademark of Apple Inc., used only to describe compatibility.
5. Delivery
Delivery times, costs and destinations are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to your address.
6. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Your right to cancel, and your rights if goods are faulty, are explained in our Returns & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Our liability
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you placed the order, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.
8. Your account
If you create an account, keep your login details secure and tell us if you think someone else has used them. We may suspend accounts that are used unlawfully or in breach of these terms.
9. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, layout and our own images, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place your order are the ones that apply to that order.
12. Governing law
